Job Description:

Currently working with amazing firms seeking experienced Payroll Specialists. These fast-pace environments will require excellent communication skills, a team-oriented attitude, and extensive attention to detail.

Typical job duties may include:

? Compute and disburse wages and salaries, deductions, taxes and other withholdings.

? Post payroll data and prepare routine reports and/or payments to government agencies, insurance companies and others.

? Calculate and process special checks, reviews, edit and make corrections and adjustments as needed.

? Coordinate the payroll activities of one or multiple departments and/or business units, companies, etc.

? Compile and record employee time and payroll data.

Successful candidates will have 3-5 years of experience with payroll. Experience with certified payroll is a plus! Competitive benefit plan and great working environments!
