Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr Manager, Order to Cash to oversee
all functions of Order Management, Billing, Credit and Collections,
and dispute resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and mentor the Quote to Cash team
Manage invoicing requirements and ensure successful billing output
to customers worldwide
Identify and resolve gaps and inefficiencies in quote-to-cash
processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or comparable industry experience
At least 5+ years of related Order Management experience in a
software or technology company
Experience with Microsoft Office 365
Experience with Salesforce.com or large CRM/ERP systems is a
plus
