Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Fund Management Associate to
oversee financial reporting and operations functions for their
funds.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all activities related to fund and financial statement
reporting, including year-end audit and tax filings
Review and execute investor distributions and communications while
ensuring fiscal integrity
Develop strong relationships with internal and external partners to
enhance operational functions and support quarterly valuations
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in accounting for private equity funds
Bachelor's degree in accounting required
Experience in private equity firms, fund administration, or public
accounting preferred
Strong analytical skills and business acumen
Self-directed and motivated with the ability to work
independently
