Job Description:
A company is looking for a Coding & Billing Team Lead to manage
the billing and coding needs across multiple practices.
Key Responsibilities
Review and audit medical records for accurate coding
Manage and resolve claims that have failed scrub rules
Provide training for new employees and assist with patient
inquiries
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school graduate or GED
Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Dermatology Coder
(CDC); Certified Professional Biller (CPB) is a plus
3-5 years of experience in medical coding/reimbursement, preferably
in dermatology
Good knowledge of ICD10-CM and CPT coding principles
Working knowledge of Microsoft and payer software
