Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Business Banking Relationship Managers to
drive new business development and portfolio management
Oversee credit quality and ensure compliance with regulatory
requirements while resolving complex client relationships
Develop strategic plans and set individualized goals for team
members to achieve revenue targets
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in business, finance, or a related field
10+ years of experience in commercial or business banking
lending
15+ years of sales leadership experience in Commercial Sales or
Business Banking Sales
Working knowledge of SBA programs and Treasury Management Sales
preferred
Strong credit and analytical skills with proven success in meeting
sales goals
