A company is looking for a Contact Center Collection
Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
Collect payments on delinquent accounts through customer contact
and documentation review
Arrange repayment schedules to minimize organizational loss
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment
agreements
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Two to three years of experience in collections and/or customer
service
