This is a great role for someone who thrives on being on the positive side of every day. Our client is seeking a goal-driven Executive Administrative Assistant to support a busy desk/ office!! Within this dynamic workplace, and the right candidate will provide important support to a management/ sales team as well as presenting a professional face for the company to the diverse clientele passing through the front doors every day.


Skills/ Responsibilities:


-Strong in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel and Word


Duties include but not limited to?.


Filing, answering phones and entering Sales Orders in QuickBooks- also working directly with Sales Team and Accounts on billing issues and orders.


The small but lively office is located right on Hermosa Beach. The office consist of sales team/ manager, accounting and graphic department.
