Job Description:

Big well known company in the city of Hermosa Beach looking for an Administrative Assistant to support their Sales Reps. This is a small but lively office located right on Hermosa beach in the backside of an old converted house. The office consists of sales people, an accounting person, a graphics department, and a sales manager.



This position is Temp to Hire


You MUST have Strong QuickBooks, Excel and Word skills.


Pay Rate $15-20 per hour



Hours: 25-35 hours per week, can work either part time or full time mixed hours.



Duties include but not limited to?.


Filing, answering phones and entering Sales Orders into QuickBooks - also working directly with Accountant on billing issues.
