Job Description:
We have an immediate need for an Executive Assistant to support
the Senior Vice President of the organization. The position will be
temporary to hire, depending on the performance of the selected
candidate.
As a valued member of the team, the successful candidate will be
professional and reliable with a great attitude and have previous
experience supporting at the executive level. We are looking to
fill this position immediately. Please read the below minimum
qualifications and if you meet these guidelines, please submit your

Minimum Qualifications:
? 2 years of experience supporting at the executive level
? B.A. / B.S degree required; preferably in English or
Communications
? Experience working within a health plan a plus
? Background managing multiple projects; task-oriented
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
? Prior experience organizing meetings and travel arrangements
? Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat Standard.
? Motivated, self-starter with a great attitude who can work
independently and in a cross-functional team environment
? Ability to work overtime if needed
