Companies in the Greater San Diego area are seeking eager, self-motivated Administrative Assistants looking to get their foot in the door and grow with their companies. General duties will include greeting clients and visitors and directing the individual to the correct office, receiving up to 60 incoming calls per day and forward the call to the appropriate contact, and various administrative support to departments as needed. Qualified candidates will have experience scheduling appointments, maintaining conference room schedules, and receiving/sending courier items. Also, candidates will be required to possess strong customer service skills in a highly professional environment.
