Job Description:
A company is looking for a Reporting System Senior Support
Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the development team to provide technical
expertise and troubleshooting assistance
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues during development,
testing, and deployment
Document technical processes and maintain understanding of project
scope to identify potential roadblocks
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development and
technical leadership
Experience with cloud-based SaaS solutions (Dynamics, Salesforce,
ServiceNow, B2G NOW)
Hands-on experience with at least one major programming language
(Java, Python, C#, C++, JavaScript, Go)
Strong understanding of Cloud-based architecture, with experience
using Azure or AWS
