Job Summary: We are looking for an E-commerce Marketing Manager with expertise in sneaker culture, community engagement, influencer marketing, and social media strategy. This role involves managing social media campaigns, cultivating relationships with influencers and communities, and creating strategic marketing initiatives that resonate with our target audience.

• Community Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to foster relationships with sneaker and streetwear communities.
• Influencer and Partnerships Management: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with key influencers and brand ambassadors.
• Social Media Strategy: Plan, create, and manage social media content across platforms.
• Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and provide insights on consumer behavior.
• Campaign Management: Develop and manage marketing campaigns focused on key product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand collaborations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in the sneaker, lifestyle, or e-commerce sectors. Proven experience in social media strategy, community management, and campaign execution. Preferred Skills: Experience in e-commerce or working with direct-to-consumer brands. Familiarity with social media management tools is a plus. Bilingual in Mandarin and English is a plus.
