A company is looking for a Head of Business Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and own the Business Engineering vision and strategy aligned
with monetization goals
Oversee technical integrations across key ad tech areas and lead
development of custom advertiser solutions
Act as the technical leader for external partnerships, tracking key
KPIs for Business Engineering
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in engineering, technical consulting, or
solutions architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership
role
Deep expertise in ad tech integrations, API development, and
advertising platforms
Proven ability to build and lead high-performing engineering teams
in a cross-functional environment
Hands-on coding experience in Python, JavaScript, SQL, or another
relevant language
Strong strategic thinking skills with a track record of driving
measurable business impact
