A company is looking for a Director of Solutions Engineering
Programs & Innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Own and scale key SE programs to enhance technical presales
effectiveness
Lead and develop a team of industry and technical SMEs, integration
managers, and demo engineers
Define and execute the strategy for shared demo environments and
manage an SME framework
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, Technical Presales,
or a related field
Proven track record of leading and scaling technical programs in a
high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment
Experience managing technical teams, including SMEs and integration
specialists
Strong understanding of solution architecture and technical sales
motions
Excellent program management skills with the ability to drive
cross-functional alignment
