The Science Team at Russell Tobin & Associates is supporting an Electric Utilities organization that has an opening for Senior Engineer IV (SCE Project) near Pomona, CA!Job Responsibilities:Seeking an experienced Senior Engineer IV (SCE Project) to lead engineering and design for high-voltage (up to 500kV) substation projects. Responsibilities include creating design scopes, leading job walks, reviewing design documents, managing contractors, and supporting construction and field teams. Must ensure project alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and safety standards.Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years in substation engineering/design
• Strong knowledge of standards, codes, and engineering practices
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Design Manager, and internal SCE systems
• Experience with cross-functional coordination and contractor managementEducation:Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related technical fieldAdditional Details:Duration: 18 months- could potentially extendPay range: $84 - $87/hour on W2Must be authorized to work in the United States.APPLY NOW!
