Job Title:VP, Consumer Direct Sales ManagerLocation:CA - IrvineWhat you'll do:Amerihome Mortgage, A Western Alliance Bank Company is one of the top five largest mortgage companies operating in 47 states and DC. Amerihome maintains Delegated Correspondent, Non-Delegated Correspondent and Retail Lending production channels. The VP, Consumer Direct Sales Manager (VPCDS) will manage Retail Lending Consumer Direct Production Loan Officer (LO) teams that pursue residential mortgage lending prospective borrowers generated via Customer Sales Reps (CSR) outbound phone solicitations, mail marketing campaigns, and inbound inquiry customer calls. Production may also be generated from New Customer Acquisition (NCA) campaigns and self-sourced borrowers. This person will be a leader to our sales and operations teams by demonstrating hard work, integrity, and character while achieving superior performance. The VPCDS will manage, educate and coach their people into outstanding professionals. In addition to overseeing Sales, this role will also contribute to all aspects of the AmeriHome Retail Lending production platform. This position will report to the SVP Consumer Direct Sales. The VPCDS is expected to work in the office 4 days of the week depending on the demands of the company, strategic plans and needs of the sales team. Compensation includes salary, incentive compensation plan, generous benefits and paid vacation.What we are looking for:

• Set and manage team and individual production, personal and growth plans
• Track and report on personal and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
• Maintain accurate records and reporting
• Plan and lead periodic company, division and team meetings
• Identify areas of improvement within each team, create and execute action plans with Team Managers to address to maximize team performance
• Provide feedback from the sales floor to marketing, recruiting, compliance, and management
• Ensure adherence company policies and procedures, applicable federal, state and laws and regulations
• Approve team timesheets, review commission reports, and general management responsibilities including ongoing recruiting efforts, performance management, and terminations
• Achieve and maintain strong working knowledge of residential mortgage product guidelines
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and high emotional intelligence
• Any other tasks assigned by the SVP Consumer Direct Sales or Managing Director Retail Lending SalesWhat you need to have:
  • Current Mortgage Origination Officer License from NMLS
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 7+ years of inside mortgage sales experience
  • 5+ years managing sales teams
  • Strong experience with FHA, VA and conventional loan products
  • Experienced with Purchase and Re-finance purpose transactions
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Proficient with Encompass (ICE) loan operating system
  • Proficient with Velocify (ICE) CRM
  • Ability to multi-task, adapt to dynamic work environments and demonstrate on-going willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, interpersonal, management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to create and present complex cost benefit analytics
  • Familiarity with Financial Statements
  • Experience creating and presenting to C suite managementCompensation: Salary range for new hires is generally $114,910.00 - $141,496.66 for Irvine, CA.
