Job Description:

Immediate need for a Business Analyst in work in a beautiful high rise building in Downtown Los Angeles.

Undergraduate degree with demonstrated academic success. - Preference to candidates with data analysis experience including candidates with coursework in areas such as engineering, economics and computer science -Demonstrated proficiency in productivity and data analysis software including: Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Power point and Word.

Compares planned and actual expenditures on a monthly basis. Works with program partners to review any variations from the planned budget. - Recommends improvements on how to improve communications by analyzing survey results and internal groups? metrics. Plans and coordinates roll out of new activities. - Manages and oversees the documentation process to ensure regulatory compliance. This includes identifying required documents and communicating the requirements to internal groups, collecting and reviewing documents for completeness. - Coordinates efforts with other groups to create synergies between departments for efficient delivery of required messages - Keeps track of regulatory trends and benchmarking efforts to improve overall program effectiveness.
