A company is looking for a Workforce Solutions and Process
Optimization Associate Director.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end operations and transformation efforts in Workforce
Solutions
Review and recommend improvements for processes related to Workday
Projects
Conduct operational reviews and analyze data to optimize employee
resource allocation
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in business process improvement in workforce
solutions or talent management
Proven ability to analyze complex processes and propose actionable
improvements
Experience with Workday Projects and Professional Services
Automation (PSA) is strongly preferred
Experience in a Workforce Solutions/Workforce Management role
supporting the business
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
