Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Account Management to
lead and drive the success of their Account Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Hire, onboard, and develop team members to support growth
Implement processes using technology and automation to enhance
client engagement
Monitor key performance indicators and coach the team based on
performance
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in leading and developing teams
3+ years of experience in advertising, specifically with
CTV/OTT
Experience in building processes and using automation for
efficiencies
Proven ability to lead through growth and change
Experience in conducting performance reviews and providing
training
