Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP, Auto Line Leader - Personal
Lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Set coverage offerings and risk appetite for the auto product
Develop best practices for product and underwriting, partnering
with pricing for segmentation capabilities
Monitor product line performance and operationalize program
initiatives into business operations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Bachelor's degree or post-graduate studies preferred
Minimum of 15 years of experience in personal/commercial lines
insurance or related fields
At least 10 years of leadership experience
Strong understanding of the insurance industry and competitor
knowledge
Demonstrated success in leading multiple disciplines such as
Product, Pricing, and Underwriting
