A company is looking for an Associate Director, Field Leadership
Sales Training.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of Field Leadership curriculum
for the US Sales team
Create and implement training programs for new and tenured sales
leaders, focusing on coaching and competencies
Collaborate with stakeholders to define performance outcomes and
enhance existing training curricula
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with twelve years of experience, Master's Degree
with ten years, or PhD with eight years of experience
Experience in curriculum development and sales leadership
training
Proven track record in project management and managing multiple
priorities
Ability to establish credibility in Leadership Training and
Development
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
