Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager (Enterprise)
to manage and grow key customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Own overall customer relationships, driving onboarding, adoption,
growth, and retention
Partner with customers to align on business objectives and develop
success plans
Act as a strategic advisor, addressing client issues and driving
engagement across accounts
Required Qualifications
6+ years of customer success or account management experience at a
SaaS startup
Experience in healthcare consulting or customer success within a
health-tech company
Proven track record of managing high-touch customer relationships
with strong retention and upsell rates
Experience using CRM software, ideally Salesforce, and G Suite
Applications
Ability to build relationships with senior executives and key
stakeholders
