Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, AI Solutions to lead AI/ML
initiatives and governance efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and implement AI/ML process improvements to enhance
efficiency and quality
Lead end-to-end AI/ML projects, including planning, testing,
deployment, and monitoring
Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with AI governance
frameworks and regulations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, AI, Business Administration,
or a related field
3-5 years of experience in AI (ML/DL/NLP/LLM) and technology
solution implementation
Proven experience in AI governance, ethics, and compliance
Experience in developing policy frameworks related to technology or
data protection
Deep knowledge of AI systems and their impacts on organizations,
particularly in healthcare and life sciences
