Job Description:
A company is looking for a Learning, Development and Marketing
Manager in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to assess training needs and design
customized training programs
Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions while evaluating
their effectiveness
Manage local marketing needs and engage with third-party
providers
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar
role
General marketing knowledge to support local marketing
requirements
Experience working in the Middle East region
Proficiency in Google systems and familiarity with agile learning
methods
Certification in training or instructional design is preferable but
not essential
