Job Description:
A company is looking for a Salesforce Solutions Director to
manage a dynamic team of admins and lead architecture and
development strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a Salesforce pod, fostering a collaborative
culture
Oversee the Salesforce SDLC, ensuring best practices in development
and deployment
Conduct hands-on development and implementation of Salesforce
solutions
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
related field; advanced degree preferred
5+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM management with a focus on
SDLC and team leadership
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer with
strong architectural knowledge
Experience managing teams and mentoring junior staff
Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools
