Job Description:
Profit Coaching is seeking an Order Management specialist to
join our team. This is a remote role. Our Order Management team
supports our organization by ensuring that our customer's orders
are processed quickly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- -Receiving and processing the sales orders and purchase orders in
multiple CRM applications
- -Verifying order details for accuracy
- -Calculating custom discounts on orders
- -Updating and maintaining customer order information
- -Working closely to support our sales team
- -Answering periodic phone calls Requirements:
- -Order processing or other administrative experience
preferred
- -Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
products
- -Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- -Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- -Deadline driven with a sense of urgency and commitment
- -Previous experience with CRM/ERP Systems is preferred
- -Able to work standard business hours M-F, with ability and
willingness to work (paid) overtime at the end of
month/quarter/year Profit Coaching offers the following

Salary range: $25 - $35 hourly
