A well-established structural engineering firm is seeking a licensed Civil Engineer or Structural Engineer to join as a Project Manager / Professional Engineer. This role involves leading a team of 1-3 staff members, ensuring successful project execution while maintaining efficiency and quality. • Lead a team of engineers and drafters to execute structural engineering projects
• Conduct structural analysis, designs, calculations, and detailing
• Review project contracts, change orders, and scopes of work
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfactionQualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architectural, Civil, or Structural Engineering
  • Licensed PE in California (Civil or Structural)
  • 5+ years of structural engineering design experience
  • Project management & leadership experience
  • Expertise in residential, commercial, education, and/or solar projects
