Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Machine Learning to lead
the development and implementation of machine learning
solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop strategic goals for machine learning aligned with industry
trends and business objectives
Oversee the design and refinement of machine learning models and
algorithms, integrating them into product offerings
Mentor senior machine learning professionals and foster a culture
of continuous learning and innovation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
8+ years of professional experience in machine learning, software
engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience with machine learning algorithms, model
development, and deployment
5+ years of experience with computer vision and 1+ year with
generative AI
Proficiency in Python, R, or Scala for data science, and experience
with TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
Proven ability to provide technical leadership and mentor team
members
