Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 10 Account Executives to achieve
sales targets
Develop and implement outbound sales strategies to drive new
business revenue
Engage directly in high-value deal cycles, conducting product demos
and negotiating contracts
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in quota-bearing sales roles with a proven
track record
4+ years of experience leading and coaching sales teams
Expertise in outbound sales strategies and pipeline management
Proficiency in a modern sales tech stack
