Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Operations to drive
operational effectiveness and support growth.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the CEO to manage functions such as Finance, HR,
and key business initiatives
Build an efficient operations department and drive outcomes across
special projects
Oversee monthly revenue operations and ensure strategic,
data-driven financial decisions
Required Qualifications
CFA, CPA, or similar finance background preferred
8+ years of strategy/operations experience, preferably in
high-growth tech companies
5+ years managing global teams
Experience in project management and data analysis
Experience working in an early-stage startup focused on
operations
