Job Description:
A company is looking for a Group Manager responsible for
overseeing property management and personnel development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement management plans for assigned assets and
oversee lease administration
Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and tenant billing
processes
Ensure client and tenant satisfaction through proactive
communication and service management
Required Qualifications
Associates or Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a
plus
Minimum of seven years of commercial real estate or property
management experience
At least three to four years of experience managing a team of three
or more
LEED AP accreditation and real estate license required within six
months of hire
Experience in budget preparation and financial reporting
