Job Description:
A company is looking for an FP&A Group Manager - Business
Systems Support.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire business management teams and systems
administrators
Ensure effective operation of financial reporting systems and
compliance with policies
Develop and enhance financial systems and reporting tools to
support budgeting and planning processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 14 years, Master's Degree with 12 years, or
PhD with 9 years of experience in a technically related research
discipline
Demonstrated skill in managing legal and ethical issues
Strong experience with financial planning and business intelligence
systems, including Oracle and Power BI
Proven leadership ability to manage diverse teams and mentor
staff
Ability to analyze financial implications and develop actionable
recommendations
