Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Manager, Middle Office
Controls.
Key Responsibilities
Administers portfolio transactions, ensuring controls and
compliance, while training peers on process controls
Manages relationships with internal and external stakeholders,
addressing complex queries and ensuring effective communication
Prepares complex documentation for transactions and conducts
quality reviews, while validating third-party reconciliations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
relevant experience
8+ years of relevant work experience
Preferred experience in Investment Operations / Middle Office
management
Experience in Accounting and Reconciliation
5+ years of people management experience
