Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payment Operations Manager to oversee
the efficiency and effectiveness of its embedded payment
solution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage underwriting processes and resolve issues to ensure merchant
approval
Conduct risk investigations and manage disputes for customer
accounts
Serve as the primary contact with the PFaaS provider and manage
related projects and documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a
related field
3+ years of experience in the Payments Industry, preferably with a
Processor or PayFac
Knowledge of Payment Underwriting, Risk, and Compliance
disciplines
Understanding of card brand and NACHA rules and regulations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
