Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing People Analytics team
Design and implement data strategies for talent acquisition,
employee engagement, performance, and retention
Partner with HR and business leaders to translate workforce data
into strategic recommendations
Required Qualifications
Proven experience managing people analysts with impactful
insights
Expertise in HR data, workforce metrics, and predictive
analytics
Proficiency in analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, or
Tableau
Strong business acumen connecting data insights to strategic
objectives
Experience managing and coaching a team of data professionals
