Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Real Estate
Administration.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall real estate process, including data analytics
projects and technological tool implementation
Develop and implement an End-to-End (E2E) real estate management
system for pipeline management
Provide analysis and recommendations to support strategic
decision-making and operational improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business
7+ years of real estate experience, particularly in retail and
store development
Operational and financial understanding of large-scale retail
stores
Experience in construction or construction management
Familiarity with data analytics tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, and
SQL
