WinCorp Solutions is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to serve as a consultant for our client, a global financial services company located in Los Angeles, CA. This is a full-time, hybrid consulting opportunity. We provide desirable enterprise client engagements, and strive for excellent consultant care. Qualifications:
Demonstrates initiative by identifying issues and recommending solutions.
Requires strong written and oral communication skills including facilitating a variety of meetings.
Highly preferred experience with paid media.
Preferred but not required Agile certifications (CSM, CPO).
Requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in project delivery with basic business and industry knowledge or related financial products.
Needs at least 5-7 years' experience in similar/related role.

Responsibilities:
Owns accountability for project delivery through the adherence to standards, controls, processes, and quality measures.
Keeps leadership and stakeholders informed of progress against commitments and escalates issues as needed.
Encourages open team dialogue to aid in expectation clarity, identify actionable opportunities and address team roadblocks to efficient delivery.
Owns and facilitates daily team stand-up meetings, runs team retrospectives, working to evoke dialogue and improve team dynamics.
Operates with a continuous improvement mindset and looks for opportunities to improve team dynamics and eliminate process waste.
