others.Position Summary:The Senior Director, Talent & Development
will lead our company's talent management, leadership development,
and organizational learning initiatives. In this critical role, you
will design and execute programs that foster professional growth,
enhance employee engagement, and build a high-performance culture.
You will partner with senior leaders and HR teams to align talent
strategies with our company's mission and business goals. The
position will manage and enhance exciting core people processes and
programs, leverage best practices in talent management and innovate
using technology. This individual will report directly to the Vice
President of People and Culture, will lead the Talent Development
staff and serve as member of the Human Resources Leadership
Team.Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall talent and learning strategies
to support our agility as a global company.
- Considered subject matter expert across the organization and
can lead and influence others even when not under direct
supervision.
- In collaboration with HR Business Partners, develops talent
strategy solutions that lead to a strong talent pipeline that is
positioned to grow the business.
- Oversee the design and execution of the performance review
process, ensuring it supports a culture of continuous feedback and
growth.
- In conjunction with HR Business Partners, utilizes facilitation
skills in conducting talent management sessions; including Talent
Review Meetings and Performance Rating Calibration sessions for
leadership levels across the organization.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management
strategy, including leadership development, talent review, career
management, and succession planning.
- Ensures all federal, state, and local compliance training
requirements are effective and completed on time.
- Drive change management initiatives and support team
effectiveness through targeted development programs.
- Lead all Crinetics learning and development efforts and lead
the Crinetics Training Council to ensure unified view of training
from cross-functional departments and to streamline efforts and
calendars.
- Understand and balance what solutions should be built in-house
vs working with vendors/partners at the right time the organization
is ready to implement and then negotiate and manage vendor
relationships as applicable.
- Support agile and systematic program improvement in alignment
with strategic priorities.
- Steward of company resources and spend ensuring we are
effectively spending and deploying the necessary learning and
development needs.
- Build a metric-driven organization through reporting, and
dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Regularly communicates with stakeholders to calibrate the
successes and opportunities related to talent & development
strategy, programs offering, content and coaching management to
incorporate as part of continuous improvement.
- Ensure all programs embody and reinforce our cultural values,
commitment to Inclusion.
- Lead, direct, manage, develop, coach and mentor, and evaluate
direct reports.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as
assigned.Education and Experience:Required:
- Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of related industry
experience, (Biotech/Life Sciences highly preferred) 5+ years of
Organizational Learning & Development management experience
required.
- A minimum of 10 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
- Experience leading and executing companywide L&D strategies
preferred.
- Strong leadership, facilitation, interpersonal, team building,
written/verbal communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrates entrepreneurial drive, sense of urgency and
accountability.
- Understanding and experience working with adult learning
needs.
- Must have a combination of curriculum development expertise,
business acumen and the ability to build an effective program to
meet the goals in a fast-growing organization.
- Ability to interact, present and influence various internal and
external audiences; like leadership teams, program teams, Board of
Directors, conferences and other internal/external forums.
- Requires working knowledge of various educational and training
media, extensive experience in training facilitation and curriculum
development.
- Experience in video-based eLearning lessons, production of
videos, and recording of learning programs.
- Demonstrates leadership, strategic thinking, collaboration,
project management, problem solving, and change management.
- Strong command of learning management systems.
- Demonstrates leadership skills and strategic ability to
formulate and drive high profile and companywide programs.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills including
presentation experience to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse and challenging
workforce.
- High degree of business acumen and people acumen/insights.
- Ability to influence business leaders at all levels.
- Ability to perform at a high level in a fast paced, dynamic
environment with competing/shifting priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and MS Power Point skills.
- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to multitask
and manage complexity.

and develop others.Physical Demands and Work Environment:Physical
Activities: On a continuous basis, sit at desk for a long period of
time; intermittently answer telephone and write or use a keyboard
to communicate through written means. Some walking and lifting up
to 25 lbs. may be required. The noise level in the work environment

Range: $217,000 - $271,000In addition to your base pay, our total
rewards program consists of a discretionary annual target bonus,
stock options, ESPP, and 401k match. We also provide top-notch
health insurance plans for employees (and their families) to
include medical, dental, vision and basic life insurance, 20 days
of PTO, 10 paid holidays, and a winter company shutdown.The final
salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on
several factors that may include but are not limited to the type
and length of experience and education. Crinetics Pharmaceuticals
is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect

process.Vaccination requirement:Following extensive monitoring,

$218,000 - $272,000.
