Primary focus on the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Scandinavia.

  • Responsible for growing business from existing luxury partners (including consortia and travel advisors) and generating new business to maximize transient revenue, profits, and market share within the luxury & lifestyle segment.
    • Business development / prospecting in the region.
      • Actively engage with luxury travel agencies identifying new opportunities, providing assistance, training, and overall support.
        • Develop account strategy and activation roadmap, marketing & sponsorship activities and client presentations.
          • Promote the Accor Preferred Partner program as well as the HERA Travel Advisor loyalty program in the region (enrollment, training, engagement initiatives).
            • Develops and executes quarterly and annual account reviews and market action plans.
              • Provides expertise and support to hotels in developing luxury sales strategy for accounts and region.
                • Maintain an up-to-date database for newsletters distribution and communication.
                  • Actively research new B2B opportunities in driving revenue and brand awareness.
                    • Lead and participate in relevant tradeshows, conventions, fam trips, and industry events.
                      • Become a brand ambassador and embody Accor's values in every client's or co-workers' interaction.
                        • Manage and optimize the budget approved for the region.
                          • Engage on Social Media platforms and identify opportunities.Qualifications
                            • 5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality sales.
                              • Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality or 5 years college degree or equivalent.
                                • Expertise in International Luxury Hotel Programs & Luxury Consortia.
                                  • Excellent relations in the hotel/hospitality industry.
                                    • Fluent in English, both written and verbal (knowledge of a second language is a plus).
                                      • Deep understanding of account management.
                                        • Knowledge and understanding of sales procedures associated with the hotel industry.
                                          • Strong IT skills (Office 365).
                                            • Understand & promote all selling tools & loyalty programs.
                                              • Understand the fundamentals of implementing AI tools for project management workflows.
                                                • Familiarity with basic AI applications in streamlining work processes.
                                                  • Experience with a hospitality CRM.
