Job Description:
A company is looking for a CO Licensed Nurse Practitioner -
Urgent Care (Modified Full Time).
Key Responsibilities:
Perform virtual examinations, evaluate, diagnose, and recommend
treatment plans
Document patient medical information and maintain accurate
records
Provide patient education and manage care for acute, chronic, and
mental health conditions
Required Qualifications:
Current and active Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
licensure in CO State
Board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or
ANCC
Multi-state licensure is required
Graduate of an accredited Master's Degree level Family Nurse
Practitioner Program
3+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in primary
or urgent care
