Job Description:
Description The Nurse Navigator in Infusion serves as a clinical
expert coordinating and administering patient care treatment
regimens, research components and program outreach for patients
diagnosed with cancer. The Navigator will assist patients and their
families in managing through the vast array of services and
programs offered by the hospital and the community to meet their
health and wellness needs. The Nurse Navigator will provide
personalized clinical and high touch care, advocating for the
integration of whole person health of body, mind, and spirit. The
Nurse Navigator will tailor services to the unique wellness needs
of the patients served. The Nurse Navigator will participate in
health screenings, provide patient education, and offer appropriate

- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN), Advanced Oncology Certified
Nurse (AOCN), Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner
(AOCNP), Advanced Oncology Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist
(AOCNS), Certified Breast Care Nurse (CBCN), or NCBC - Breast
Patient Navigator Certification upon hire (or successful completion
of one of these certifications within 1 year of hire)
- Current ONS chemotherapy administration card upon hire
- Five (5) or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a
health care setting
- Three (3) or more years of experience in oncology nursing

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation
may be available for this role, such as shift differentials,
standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or
