A company is looking for a Pre-Visit Licensed Practical
Nurse.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate preventative care services for patients
Plan patient care using evidence-based guidelines and gather
relevant information
Work from home after completing onsite training at the clinic
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in
Minnesota
Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider
card
Ability to understand and communicate patients' medical records and
orders
