Job Description:
A company is looking for a Telemedicine RN - Contract.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to patients for follow-up and communicate
lab results
Provide medication administration support and care plan
recommendations
Document patient interactions and collaborate with healthcare
providers
Required Qualifications
Active and Unencumbered Compact Registered Nursing license
Associate degree in Nursing (A.D.N) required; Bachelor of Science
in Nursing (B.S.N) preferred
At least 3+ years of clinical experience in telemedicine, acute
care, or case management
Proficiency in telecommunication technology and electronic health
record (EHR) systems
Minimum of 20-hours per week availability required
