Job Description:

Support Executive Chef in Michelin Key property's dinner-only concept, banquets, and outlets. Collaborate on menu development, inventory, and safety. Expected to lead team members, ensure quality, and maintain standards. 3+ years of senior culinary leadership experience is required, preferably in upscale dining and boutique hotels with Michelin Key or Forbes Starred properties. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills are necessary. Benefits include base salary, medical benefits, 401k plan, and PTO. Requirements include a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Experience in managing inventory, cost controls, and maintaining standards is expected.
