Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform full-cycle recruitment duties including sourcing,
screening, and interviewing candidates
Work evenings and weekends to meet surge hiring needs
Negotiate offers and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in lieu of
degree
3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
Preferred experience with contact center hiring
Preferred experience with FEMA grant programs
Preferred experience with technology hiring
