Domain.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of approximately 30 client members, primarily
Software Engineering and Enterprise Application leaders
Deliver value to members through real-world experiences, research,
and expert analysis
Collaborate with internal teams to synchronize efforts and achieve
high portfolio retention rates
Required Qualifications
15+ years of technology experience, including 10+ years in a
Senior/Director Software Engineering role at a Fortune 1000
company
Experience in executive-level roles within consulting or
customer-facing positions
Expertise in Software Engineering Leadership and Continuous
Improvement
Experience with Application Portfolio Management and Modern
Architectures
Knowledge of ERP Implementation and Digital Workplace
Applications
