Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Software
Engineering responsible for guiding software development efforts
and leading engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
Execute the vision and strategy for software engineering to align
with organizational objectives
Build and inspire high-performing engineering teams while defining
roles and performance standards
Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, maintainable,
and secure software architectures
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
Extensive technical expertise in software development and modern
programming languages (e.g., Python, .NET, C#)
Proven leadership experience managing and scaling diverse
engineering teams
Strong familiarity with cloud platforms and infrastructure,
particularly AWS
Experience with modern development methodologies, including Agile,
Scrum, and DevOps practices
