• Deposition Preparation & Execution: Review pleadings, discovery responses, and case documents
• Develop thorough deposition outlines and conduct depositions (both taking and defending)
• Prepare witnesses for depositions
• Case Assessment & Strategy
• Legal Research & Analysis: Conduct research on case law and statutes to support deposition goals
• Attend court hearings and assist with trial prepWhat You Bring to the Table:
  • 3-5 years of solid litigation experience with a focus on depositions in state and federal cases
  • A stable work history
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong skills in managing the entire deposition process, from preparation to execution
