Growing Mid Sized Law Firm in Carlsbad, CA has a need for a Litigation Attorney. This is a direct hire opening and can be a hybrid role. Minimum Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing
• Demonstrated experience in civil litigation, preferably within a law firm setting
• Strong legal research and writing skills, with attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written Responsibilities:
  • Handle a broad spectrum of cases, including contract disputes, personal injury claims, employment matters, and more
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, manage discovery, and represent clients in court
  • Collaborate closely with experienced partners and take on challenging cases
  • Engage in diverse and intellectually stimulating civil litigation matters
