Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Regulatory Counsel (Health
Care).
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal advice on state and federal health plan regulations
and support cross-functional teams
Drive regulatory filings and ensure compliance with policies and
laws in commercial agreements
Support health care regulatory matters and cross-functional
compliance initiatives
Required Qualifications
Law degree and membership in a state bar with good standing
Minimum of 5+ years of legal/regulatory experience at a law firm or
7+ years in-house
Experience analyzing health plan laws at state and federal
levels
Experience leading projects and solving product legal matters
Preferred experience in-house with a technology company or health
care organization
